Using Respons

You may use Respons only if you are authorized by a customer workspace and can form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy and lawful source of information you upload, and activity performed through your workspace.

Acceptable use

You must not use Respons to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
• Ignore opt-outs, suppression records, sender requirements, or applicable marketing laws.
• Access another customer's workspace or attempt to bypass permissions or safeguards.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Use Google user data for advertising, surveillance, or any purpose not shown to the user.

Connected services and human review

Respons can connect to services such as Gmail and email-delivery providers after an authorized user grants access. You remain responsible for reviewing recipients, generated content, drafts, campaign settings, and messages before sending. AI-generated or suggested content may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person.

Customer data

Customers retain their rights in data they provide. They grant Respons the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and protect that data while providing the service. Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability and changes

Respons is currently invite-only. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or provider-related reasons. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Respons is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written customer agreement. Respons is not responsible for decisions based solely on generated content, third-party services, or customer-provided data. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and any liability terms in an applicable written customer agreement control.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Respons at any time. Workspace data handling after termination is governed by the customer agreement and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these terms and will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
